Artur Martemyanov, founder of Merphi Music Group, announces the establishment of a legal entity MERPHI MUSIC LLP in Kazakhstan
Astana, Kazakhstan — May 15, 2024

Merphi Music Group, a modern music label, is proud to announce the establishment of its legal entity in Kazakhstan. The new legal entity, MERPHI MUSIC LLP will provide an opportunity to conclude contracts with artists from the CIS and Western countries, expanding the geography of our activities.
Artur Martemyanov, head of Merphi Music Group, emphasizes that this is an important step for the label. “The creation of MERPHI MUSIC LLP will allow us to work with talented artists from all over the world. We strive for international recognition and look forward to working with musicians from different countries.”
In the coming months, Merphi Music Group will terminate contracts with citizens of Kazakhstan and Belarus, transferring them to MERPHI MUSIC LLP. Local artists from Russia will continue to sign documents with Merphi Music Group RU (IE).
“It also gives us the opportunity to manage our finances effectively, thanks to low tax rates,” added Artur.
